The 16 PLTS operators come from Telawi Sawahlunto, West Sumatra, Lahat Regency Pavilion, Pelakat Semendo Village, Tanjung Tiga Semendo Village, Pagar Dewa, Tanjung Agung District, and Tanjung Raja, Muara Enim District and Tegal Island with Pesawaran Lampung.

However, there are obstacles that arise how to maintain PLTS equipment that has been built and installed so that it can last for a long period of time. For this reason, regular maintenance is necessary.

He hopes that by providing direction to operators who are responsible for the pumping and distribution of PLTS-based irrigation water so that they can carry out routine maintenance of the equipment in the pumping installation that has been handed over to the community in the PTBA target area.

With this training, Titin continued that participants are getting to know more about Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the maintenance of PV mini-grid-based pumping installations.

As is known, this program is very, very in line with the vision and mission of the company, Indonesia and the world, namely to realize green energy.

“Participants are able to carry out daily, monthly maintenance and repairs and planning for PLTS-based pumping so that PLTS-based pumping is more optimal and the independence program from PTBA Sustainability assistance can run according to company expectations,” Titin explained.
