” Overcoming the overcapacity that occurs, of course requires an equalization of the frame between law enforcement officers (APH). Good coordination and synergy is a must to be implemented. Not only that, the coordination between APH should give birth to a strategic policy that is a solution as a way out for reduce over capacity,” explained Herdianto.
According to him, the implementation of the Restorative Justice System against Adult Actors is a good solution. We do not only prioritize the element of punishment which ends in the coaching process in prisons, but also prioritize agreements between litigants that do not have to end in prison, with a note in certain legal cases.
