In order to improve supervision and early detection at the South Sumatra Correctional Unit, Head of the Correctional Division of the South Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Bambang Haryanto, initiated the use of satellite HT to all UPT heads in prisons and detention centers in South Sumatra.
The use of this satellite HT can speed up coordination and reporting quickly and efficiently between the Correctional Division of South Sumatra and the UPT under it.
“Through HT Satellite, all reports from UPT can be received immediately at any time because the range of this HT satellite is all over Indonesia, so that, without being hindered by distance, any directives can also be responded to immediately. So the use of HT is very useful,” said Bambang Haryanto.
It is hoped that this satellite HT communication facility can improve early detection and supervisory functions related to preventing disturbances in security and order and disseminating other important information that occurs in prisons and detention centers.
